All load cell repair services include:

Return for Repairs
We perform all repairs and service to your load cells in our Huntsville, AL facility.
An RMA is not required. HOWEVER, if you send in a load cell for repair, please include:
- The word “REPAIR” or “WARRANTY”
- Your company name
- A contact name
- A contact phone number
- Your company fax number
- The complete load cell model number(s)
- The complete load cell serial number (if found)
- The nature of the load cell problem
- Complete shipping information.
We are not responsible for any load cell repair that is shipped to us without the above information.
You may download a Repair/Warranty form here to send in with your repair.
Upon receiving your load cell, our technicians will evaluate the problem. You then will be faxed an estimate for cost of repair. Upon receipt of our repair estimate, you are then asked to respond with your company PO number (on approved credit) or with a credit card number. Actual repair on your load cell begins only when we have your PO.

Load Cell Calibration Services
We can also offer a complete calibration service for testing load cells, scale and force sensors of almost any type. National Scale can provide high capacity calibration service in tension or compression.
Calibration services include a computer-generated print-out illustrating all major performance specifications of the device, tested with traceability to NIST (NBS). Each calibration is performed by our highly trained staff to ensure you an accurate and reliable calibration.
