About National Scale TechnologyNational Scale Technology is situated in the Cummings Research Park, located in Huntsville, AL. Our facility is a spacious 34,000 sq ft. and includes a 44 foot high bay with an overhead crane, useful for building large scales for the steel industry.
Our engineering department has over 22 years experience at designing load cells for unusual and interesting weigh applications. The load cell repair department is separated from the production area for better tracking of the repairs and is applauded for being one of the best in the nation. Our state of the art force calibration lab will soon be capable of testing capacities to 10 million lbs. Our current capabilities test up to 2 Million lbs. The third lab, a temperature calibration lab, is also installed. National Scale Technology also encompasses an electronic laboratory for design and testing of electronic components used in the weigh systems developed for our customers. |
